Class Timetable

U8 & U10 Beginners - Fun sessions aimed at developing gymnastic skills and fundamental judo; such as posture, movement, gripping, grappling, throwing and safe falling.
Technical - Sessions targeted at the development and practice of throwing and grappling techniques.
Randori - Open and situational sparring sessions, open to REDS/ETD members and visitors from other clubs.
Strength & Conditioning - Mat based Strength & Conditioning sessions; circuit training using kettle bells, Bulgarian bags, climbing ropes, battle ropes, slam balls, plyometric blocks etc.
Strength Training - Gym based Strength sessions; focused on physical development for the demands of judo competition and training camps.
