JudoStretch uses a mix of yoga positions and judo movements and is aimed at developing flexibility, mobility and muscle strength to improve athletic performance and prevent injury.
JudoStretch classes run on Wednesdays 6:15 to 7:00pm, for +14yrs. We welcome judoka and their non-judo friends/family to these sessions.
These sessions are free for our members on the 'Full' and 'Black' monthly packages, £4 for our members on the 'Introductory' package and non-members.
Sessions must be booked in advance. If you are interested in attending a class, please submit a Request Form to book a place, or to request additional information.
